Privacy policy

In short: to donate here, you do not need to provide any personal data. A name for the public list is optional and always appears masked.

In effect since September 24, 2026. The Portuguese version prevails.

Who is responsible

This is the donation campaign site of Instituto Cidadão de Educação, Saúde, Cultura, Esporte e Lazer (INCESC), CNPJ 49.637.563/0001-84, headquartered at Rua 13, 518, Setor Oeste, Goiânia (GO). Data processing follows Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018) and the Brazilian Internet Civil Framework (Law 12,965/2014).

What data this site handles

  • Pix donation: the site does not ask for your CPF, email or phone number. It records the amount, the cause and the time of the donation intention, to follow the fundraising. To prevent abuse, it stores an irreversible code derived from the network address, never the address itself. Payment happens in your bank app, which handles your data according to its own policy.
  • Name on the public list (optional): if you wish, you can give a name and authorize it to appear masked (for example, “Ma So”) on the list of verified donations on the transparency page, with the protocol number, amount, date and cause. Without this authorization, the donation is listed as anonymous. The full name is never published, and you can ask for it to be removed at any time via contato@incesc.org.br.
  • Technical access logs: the site’s hosting may record technical data, such as IP address, date and time of access and browser type, for security and operation. These logs are not used to identify donors.
  • Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: if you write or call, INCESC uses the data you send only to reply and, if requested, to issue a receipt.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served by the site itself.

Links to Instagram, WhatsApp, Google Maps and INCESC’s official portal lead to services with their own policies.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to processing, request portability and withdraw consent. To do so, write to contato@incesc.org.br.

Security

The site is served over a secure connection (HTTPS). Team access to donation records requires login and is recorded in an audit trail. No system is completely secure. If an incident affects personal data, INCESC will notify data subjects and authorities as required by law.
